Autonomy of a Model

Seize this moment as it were your last.
For age is just a number but evidently shall pass. Don’t be distracted by the opinions of others. Fall in love with yourself and become the ultimate lover.

Some are quick to judge and would call you a glorified coat hanger. Afraid of their own insecurities, so they make up stereotypes and label you a professional man banger.

Skinny and sometimes gaunt, the latest fashions she flaunts. She’s obsessed with the limelight and loves the runway. Although she fears she may have no future after her 29th birthday.

Breathtaking beauty that is yet to be described. Every time she walks into a room, along with her lingers a certain inalienable vibe.

Masterfully displaying your artwork of timeless fashion brilliant that transcends. Dutiful fans beneath the catwalk who ever vigilantly bestow their eyes upon live artistic life of fashions blend.

So on this particular day, lose yourself in the present, with a conscious awareness of the future ahead. And in the words of the fashion icon Bill Blass, “When in doubt, simply wear red.”

About Lazarus_of_Montserrado

Lazarus (Hebrew: “God will help”) Siafa was born in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. A once abundantly prosperous and promising nation that was crippled by poverty, violence and corruption in the late 80’s to early 90’s due to a Civil War that lasted approximately 14 years. This blog is a collection of thought provoking, spirit lifting and ambition driven poems as well as spoken word written by Lazarus for those who share a similar dream and perception of life. The vision that no matter the obstacle, failure, setback, trial or loss in life that you hold the power to overcome it all. You may have been born to lose but in time can be built to win and God willing can accomplish whatever your heart desires.
