Life is filled with and strategically divided by very fine lines. Certain boundaries, degrees of separation with various areas of classifications.

These fine lines can determine where you stand. These fine lines can also determine exactly how you fall.

Although they are fine lines, you don’t have to look very hard. There are fine lines between love and hate. A fine line between a solid decision and a questionable mistake.

There’s a fine line between ambition and lack of direction. The end result of one is success and the other ends in frustration and regret.

There’s a fine line between a boy and a man. The majority of society will never truly understand. One has the responsibility of providing for his family while holding his word and his name to the highest command.

Without fine lines, life would be shapeless. Just a limited amount of time spent wondering with no structure or purpose.

Rules are meant to be broken but fine lines aren’t meant to be crossed. Sometimes those who don’t listen are often called home, I’m very sorry for your loss. Lessons are put in place simply for others to learn from these mistakes.

So when reviewing life’s contract, don’t forget to read the fine print and to abide by these fine lines. Because obedience and adherence is not submissive but rather a beautiful state of mind.
