PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE

IMG_0043.JPG
Whether physical or metaphorical, I always choose to take the path of least resistance through life.

Think about it, why work harder when you can work smarter and eliminate the strife.

Take heed, take note, or take notice. Whatever you do, take to heart what I’m about to say to you.

You will face all different levels of adversity in life. How you chose to deal, despite how you feel is what determines the outcome in sight.

Are you the pessimist, the optimist, or the opportunist? The choice is yours to decide. Life is not a game, so be careful when choosing a side.

The path of least resistance is not always the easiest, it just might be the hardest decision that you’ve ever had to decide.

The path of least resistance doesn’t come with any hidden agendas but only appeals to the busiest of minds.

It’s available in every situation but we fail to yield to the signs. Instead we would rather walk through life tight roping these avoidable lines.

At times you may have to let go of your plans in order to pursue what already awaits for you. I choose not to digress, in life I simply choose to accept and progress.

About Lazarus_of_Montserrado

Lazarus (Hebrew: “God will help”) Siafa was born in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. A once abundantly prosperous and promising nation that was crippled by poverty, violence and corruption in the late 80’s to early 90’s due to a Civil War that lasted approximately 14 years. This blog is a collection of thought provoking, spirit lifting and ambition driven poems as well as spoken word written by Lazarus for those who share a similar dream and perception of life. The vision that no matter the obstacle, failure, setback, trial or loss in life that you hold the power to overcome it all. You may have been born to lose but in time can be built to win and God willing can accomplish whatever your heart desires.
